Bag Lifting Centrifuge has detachable lid from the basket. The lid has easy latching and detachingarrangement with the basket. The perforated basket is provided with heavy machined ring withslots to engage the lid firmly. The lifting lid has a machined bag holding ring witha groove to hold the rope of the filter bag. The filter bag has a central opening. This central opening has a rope and loop which is hooked in the Basket Nut Cap. Lifting the cake can be with a Monorail or a Hydraulic Lifter.

The use of V.F.D. (Variable Frequency Drive) in centrifuges is a good alternative to mechanical clutch and breaking system. The V.F.D is used that has an in-built Braking Chopper and Resistor. The V.F.D. gives smooth centrifuging operation.
